Attorney Benjamin D. Goethel is a new associate of the Leininger, Smith, Johnson, Baack, Placzek & Allen law firm in Grand Island.  Mr. Goethel focuses on estate planning, corporate, and real estate law.  Originally from Plattsmouth, Nebraska, Mr. Goethel graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Iowa State University of Science and Technology.  His 2010 Juris Doctorate is from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln College of Law.  During law school, Mr. Goethel clerked for Rice & Gotzmer in Sheboygan, WI and the Nebraska Department of Insurance in Lincoln, NE. He is admitted to practice in Nebraska and is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
