Mr. Baack has substantial legal expertise related to representation of financial institutions, bankruptcy creditors, business entities, including extensive experience enabling him to address a wide range of operational and transactional requirements for business entities and individuals. As a partner with the law firm since 1983 he has been actively involved in the local business community, is currently a member of Third City Sertoma and has served as a board member and officer with many local charitable organizations, including Goodwill, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, United Way and Third City Community Clinic.
